Sent on a Wednesday, received it back on Friday, completely functional with 0 issues. Even fixed an issue with that occured during transportation with my disc drive at 0 extra cost or waiting time. Cannot speak highly enough of this experience. Open communication, very effective and super simple. To my surprise after dropping it off in the morning, the PS5 was ready to collect in a few hours. Console portal are excellent and efficient.
